Delivery Terms Agreement

IN-HOME DELIVERY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: • Two-man crew delivering the range and/or hood into the customer’s home. • Un-crating the unit and removing the packaging materials. • Placing the unit near the final destination. • Inspecting the unit. ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER IN-HOME DELIVER WHICH WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES: • Additional Labor (more than 2-Man delivery) • Onsite Delivery Time of over 90 minutes • Waiting Time (Recipient Not Home/ Not Ready) • Customer Pick-Up • Consignee No-Show or Refusal of Delivery • Consignee Refusal within 24-Hours of Scheduled Delivery • Required Use of Elevator for Delivery • Unusual Transportation Costs - ferries, cranes, etc. • Weekend or Holiday delivery • After-Hours Delivery or Specific Time Delivery (i.e., 8:30am) • Beyond Area Delivery (over 45 minutes outside of a major metropolitan city) • Light assembly (knobs, grates, toe kick and back guard) or installation
