When damage or brakage occurs ina United Parcel Service delivery, be sure to save the entire shiippng carton and packaging materia in which the broken or damaged goods were packed.  Notify us immediately and we will request that UPS inspect and/or pick up the damaged merchandise.  The merchandise must be in its original carton and packing material when picked up.  By followig these instructions, your claim will be handled in a swift and easy manner.
